In this interactive workshop, mothers will learn evidence-based infant massage techniques designed to help soothe colic, relieve gas, promote better sleep, encourage healthy development, and strengthen parent–baby bonding.
Each participant will receive a Doctor Mum Baby Massage Kit, allowing them to practice during the session and continue the massage routine confidently at home.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll:
* Learn safe, step-by-step infant massage techniques.
* Understand when and when not to massage your baby.
* Discover how massage can help with colic, gas, constipation, and sleep.
* Build confidence in reading your baby’s cues.
* Create a calming daily ritual that supports your baby’s physical and emotional wellbeing.

Dr. Alaa Abul is a Family Physician, IBCLC Lactation Consultant, entrepreneur, and founder of Doctor Mum. She specializes in maternal and child health, breastfeeding, infant nutrition, sleep, and women’s wellness. As Head of the Breastfeeding Committee at the Kuwait Pediatric Association, she is passionate about empowering families through evidence-based care, education, and innovation.
