If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the website.

سياسة الحجزBooking Policy

جميع الحجوزات تخضع لتوفر المقاعد. عند تأكيد الحجز والدفع، ستتلقى بريدًا إلكترونيًا للتأكيد مع تذاكر QR. يرجى إحضار تذاكرك (مطبوعة أو رقمية) في يوم الفعالية.All bookings are subject to seat availability. Upon confirmed booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with QR tickets. Please bring your tickets (printed or digital) on the event day.

الدفعPayment

يتم معالجة المدفوعات بشكل آمن عبر بوابة هيسبة للدفع. نقبل بطاقات الائتمان/الخصم و KNET. جميع الأسعار بالدينار الكويتي (KWD) وتشمل الضرائب المطبقة.Payments are processed securely through the Hesabe payment gateway. We accept credit/debit cards and KNET. All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and include applicable taxes.

سلوك الحضورAttendee Conduct

يُتوقع من جميع الحضور التصرف بطريقة محترمة. يحتفظ المنظمون بالحق في رفض الدخول أو إخراج أي شخص يتصرف بطريقة غير لائقة دون استرداد المبلغ.All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving inappropriately without refund.

تحديد المسؤوليةLimitation of Liability

لا يتحمل المنظمون المسؤولية عن أي خسارة أو ضرر شخصي أو سرقة ممتلكات أثناء الفعاليات. يحضر المشاركون على مسؤوليتهم الخاصة.Organizers are not liable for any personal loss, injury, or theft of property during events. Participants attend at their own risk.

التغييراتChanges

نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. التغييرات سارية فور نشرها على الموقع.We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on the website.
